Position: Admission & Student Counselor
Location: HRIT University, Ghaziabad
Time: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and student-centric Admission & Student Success Counsellor to manage the complete student lifecycle, from counselling and converting prospective students during the admission cycle to providing post-admission mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students on courses, career opportunities, and admission processes while handling inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
- Follow up with leads consistently to convert them into admissions and achieve assigned enrollment targets.
- Manage and mentor an assigned portfolio of enrolled students after the admission cycle.
- Provide career guidance, goal setting, and continuous student support.
- Assist students with resume building, profile development, and interview preparation.
- Conduct grooming sessions and ensure high student engagement, satisfaction, retention, and overall success.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (Required)
- 0–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or EdTech
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
